Shipping Policy

At The PokeNerds Store, we work hard to get your order packed correctly and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read the policy below so there are no surprises.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During sales, promotions, holidays, or major product releases, processing times may be longer.

  • Pre-orders ship on or after the stated release date. Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping method is selected at checkout.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery speed and delays are outside of our control.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent automatically to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once marked Delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.

  • If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or shows no tracking movement, you must first file a claim with the carrier.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed, but carrier claims are required.


Insurance

  • Some shipments may include insurance at our discretion.

  • Insurance does not guarantee a refund or replacement in all cases and is subject to carrier claim approval.


International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals by customs authorities.

  • International shipping times can vary widely.


Combined Shipping

  • Multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion.

  • Combining orders does not change shipping speed or eligibility for refunds.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the shipping box and contents are required.

  • Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.


High-Value Orders

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation.

  • Refusal to accept delivery or failure to retrieve a signature-required package does not qualify for a refund.


Final Sale Items

  • Some items (including mystery products, clearance items, and sealed collectibles) are final sale.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
