The PokeNerds Store is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and process improvement functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and ecommerce operations, and be able to lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Manage and optimize inventory levels across all product categories
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including pick, pack, and ship operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supervise and motivate a team of employees to meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational goals align with overall company objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, and develop action plans to address issues


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment systems
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred, but not required
