Pokemon Day 2025 Giveaway Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. 

2. Entry Period:

• The giveaway begins on February 20th, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on February 27th, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The winner will be notified via text. Winner will need to pick up prize in store on pokemon day.

5. Prizes:

• One (1) winner will receive a Prismatic Evolutions bundle.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided. The prize must be accepted as awarded.

6. General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pokenerds from any claims or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
• Personal information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway and for other promotional purposes.

7. Disqualification:

• Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.
