Christmas in July $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. 

2. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway begins on July 16, 2024, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on July 31, 2024, at 1:00 PM CST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

  • Complete the entry form available on this page.
  • Text "CHRISTMAS" to (844) 258-0938

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted on July 31.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the given time frame, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Prizes:

  • One (1) winner will receive a $500 shopping spree at Pokenerds. The shopping spree can be redeemed in-store or online.
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided. The prize must be accepted as awarded.

6. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pokenerds from any claims or damages arising out of their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
  • Personal information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway and for other promotional purposes.

7. Disqualification:

  • Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.
